The first step when planning for a family reunion is to generate a list of all family members to invite. It's a high-quality idea to have a lineup of family members assisting you to plan our family reunion. This would not only reduce the work for, but it would help cut down the risk of forgetting to invite family, which must have been invited! Another amazing idea when planning family reunions is to mail or phone family members casually about their thoughts for where to hold the reunion and what months would work for them to attend. You could split the list of names among your planning team and the responses would give you an improved idea of the "when" and "where" of the planned reunion. Once you have the place and date of the family reunion formed out, you could further plan the food, themes, decorations and activities.
