Enjoy the spirit of reunion

Reunions are now becoming more popular than before and remain a big way to hook up with the old friends and rekindle past university memories. Decide on the group that you like to invite - previous course mates, members of sports club or society or fellow inhabitants of a student house. There are no solid and fast rules and you can make as wide or as narrow as you choose. But you should consider if the invitation is open to your friends or partners. You need to think the time for the reunion if you are inviting people from abroad and the date should be set early (possibly up to a year in advance)inorder to allow people to organize holidays around the reunion.

Then you must have an idea of budget for the event - remember to consider costs like transport, car parking and accommodation and so on. It will be useful to find out how many people are prepared to pay before any final preparations are made. Another important factor to consider is the format, for example an informal meal and chat in a pub, or a tour of 'old haunts', on campus and throughout the city, or a weekend that is full of activities. The only one constraint is the budget and your imagination.
